JIM GRIFFIN INVITATIONAL

        TOURNAMENT 2008

 

            SATURDAY, JULY 19th

        AND

              SUNDAY, JULY 20th

You are cordially invited to participate in our  Annual Jim Griffin Invitational Tournament at Pendleton Country Club.

 Participants will be divided into flights based on USGA GHIN or Pro-Attested handicaps. Anyone wishing to compete

 in the Championship Flight may do so by declaring this intention on the entry form at the bottom.  They will remain in

 that flight both days all other flights will be made up according to handicaps.  Prizes and Trophies valued at  more than

 $4000.00 will be awarded this year. Your entry into the tournament includes the following:

 

  1. 18 hole practice round (weekday only, call for available times.)
  2. 36 hole tournament with cart provided.
  3. Two tickets to the dinner/dance.   (Catered by Montgomery Inn)              
  4. Two tickets for the swimming pool.
  5. Hole-in-one contest  #3 both days.    ($20,000 Cash)
  6. Hole-in-one contest  #5 both days.    (Choice of Callaway BB 460 or X-20 irons)
  7. Hole-in-one contest  #13 both days.  (Choice of Premium Electronics Package)
  8. Hole-in-one contest  #17 both days.  (Yamaha G-Max Golf Cart)
  9. Tee Gifts
  10. Lunch at the turn on Saturday ( Hotdog, Bratt or Mett, Chips and Drink )

 

CALCUTTA will be held at 8:00 P.M. Saturday for Championship, First, Second and Third Flights.

 

               

All players will play within their flights for both days of the tournament.  The Championship flight will tee off first

on Saturday and last on Sunday.  We hope that you can join us again this year.  If you have any questions, please contact

 the Pro-Shop (859) 472-2150 at the club.  Get your entry in early, as the field will be limited to the first 160 PAID entries.

 No refunds will be given after Tuesday, July 10th.  Make checks payable to PENDLETON COUNTRY CLUB.  A fee of

 $20.00 will be charged for all refunds.

 

 

                    

         PENDLETON COUNTRY CLUB NOW HAS LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES                                                           

            NO PERSONAL COOLERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON PREMISES

  THERE WILL BE A CASH  BAR AT WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE  BEER AND MIXED DRINKS

                   EVERYONE MUST PRESENT TICKETS TO ENTER THE DINNER / DANCE
